Personal Tip:

Try taking a nice, relaxing bath. Before you get into the water, rub an emollient bath oil all over your body. This will leave your skin feeling soft and looking great. Plus, the scent of the body oil will relax you.

If you don’t have time for a bath, take a shower. Once you towel dry and your skin is still damp, use a lubricating body lotion and massage it into every part of your body. Really pay attention to the extra dry areas and allow it to absorb. If you make this part of your daily routine, you will see and feel a delightful difference on your body.

Personal Tip:

Well, yes, smoking does cause extra wrinkles, due in part to the decrease in oxygen to your skin as you age. Especially if you’re over 40 and you still smoke, your face is already losing elasticity and less collagen is being produced. Every time you take a puff, you’re promoting wrinkles and causing dryness around your delicate lip area. As you know, once wrinkles appear, they are very hard to erase.
